Your body shape is unique to you. The next couple of downloadable PDFs will help you identify your body type. Use this as a guideline. Not everyone fits perfectly into one type. You may have characteristics of a couple.

If you feel that you have characteristics of more than one type, then watch the material for both and combine what you learn.
