This mood board makes me think of positive energy. If you choose to smile, then you can’t possibly be frowning. You are only capable of having one thought or emotion at any single moment. If you’re happy and smiling in the moment… even if it’s a quick moment… then you’re not angry, sad or anything else.
Practice happiness. It’s a skill not a natural habit. Our brains will always go to the negative. Always. The best we can do is be aware of our thoughts. When you become aware that you’re thinking negatively, look for joy in the moment. Anything to bring you into the present and out of your head.
