Universal neutrals are neutrals that will flatter both cool and warm undertones

Cool neutrals will only flatter cool undertones

The neutrals range from light to dark so that you can see all the neutrals that work with your color palette

Each page includes:
- Color Name
- Color Wheel Number (if applicable)
- Temperature: warm, cool or neutral
- Color type it is most flattering when worn close to the face

Shrink wrapped to prevent damage during shipping

Pages are small and compact to easily fit into your purse: 2” wide x 3.5” long
