When checking out on YourColorStyle.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

REFUNDS

There are no refunds for physical products. Please review the RETURNS and EXCHANGES section below. If you have ordered a digital product and are not happy with your purchase, please email support@yourcolorstyle.com and we will happily refund your purchase.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

All products MUST be in their original shrink wrapped packaging to return an item for an exchange or store credit. If you have removed the shrink wrap, we are no longer able to accept your purchased product. Shipping to return a product is the customer’s responsibility. Please email support@yourcolorstyle.com to let our support team know that you are returning an item. Once we receive the item in its original shrink wrapped packaging, we will issue a store credit.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received an item that is damaged, please email support@yourcolorstyle.com and we will reship you a new product. Please do not ship the item back to us.

COLOR ANALYSIS QUESTIONS and COLOR FANS

We do not offer complementary color analysis. Your Color Style does not offer advice on whether or not you purchased the correct color palette. If you have a question about your color type, please submit your question through the Ask Jen page. Please make sure you are confident in your color type before ordering your color fan.
