PRINT SPECS

Cardboard paper. Paper weight: 7. 67–10. 32 oz/yd² (260–350 g/m²). Size: 4″ × 6″ (101 × 152 mm) . Paper thickness: 0. 013″ (0. 34 mm). Coated outer surface. Blank product materials sourced from Sweden, US, Brazil, or China. Postcards shipped from Europe have a matte outside. Postcards shipped from the US and Australia have a glossy outside. Due to the different coatings on the front and back of the card, identical colors will look slightly different on the respective surfaces. A small QR code is printed on the lower left corner of the back of the postcard. This is intended only for the production team's use. In case of low card stock, we might use comparable paper to fulfill the order. The substitute will be as close to the original as possible.

SHIPPING, REFUNDS & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Your postcards will be fulfilled by Printful. Printful ships globally but can’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

There’s no concrete list of restricted countries, but for now, we can’t ship to Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically depending on world events.

Print On Demand

Please allow 3 to 5 business days to print your order. Once your order is printed, it will then be packaged and shipped to you.

Domestic Shipping usually takes from 3 to 7 business days, once printing is complete, to receive your package.

International and Overseas Shipping can take from 7 to 30 business days, once printing is complete, to receive your package. The duration is dependent on your location, country shipping and customs policies and the mail carrier.

Customs Fees (International Orders)

Depending on your order’s destination and fulfillment location, you might have to pay customs fees. The fees vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors.

Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed on the checkout page at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.

Shipping Methods

Printful orders will ship from one of their global fulfillment houses based on your shipping address. Based on your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, DHL, OSM, United Delivery Services (UDS), CDL and OnTrac.

Guaranteed Delivery: No carriers guarantee a delivery date for standard shipments. Delivery dates are subject to change and in most cases, tracking will update to reflect the new estimated delivery date.

Lost Packages

IMPORTANT: Once your package is in the hands of the mail carrier, we do not have control over you package. If the package was delivered to the wrong address or is lost, this is unfortunately an issue with your local mail carrier. If your order tracking states that the package was delivered and you did not receive it, please check your mailbox, front step and surrounding area. Our items are small and the package may be in your mailbox. If it is lost, please contact the carrier associated with your tracking to see if the package can be located.

For domestic shipping, please contact customer support and we will file a claim and then reship your order with signature required. 

Refund & Return Policy

Color Palette Posters are not refundable

The color palette posters are print on demand products. There is no refund, exchange or return on these products.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on posters, sale items or gift cards.
