The next step in the Your Color Style methodology is to figure out your undertones. This is where it gets interesting for olive skin tones. You have both cool and warm tones which neutralize you from having one or the other. You have almost a green undertone - both warm and cool.
If your skin is dominantly yellow...
Choose warm. There still may be colors that don't suit you within the warm color palette, but the warm colors will be most harmonious with your tones. In Your Color Style, we have Bright Warm Deep and Soft Warm Deep. If you can wear sharp bright intense colors well, then you will choose the bright warm and deep color palette. If very bright colors are too strong, then the soft warm and deep colors are perfect for you.
If your skin is dominantly green...
Choose cool. There still may be colors that don't suit you within the warm color palette, but the cool colors will balance the green tones in your skin. In Your Color Style, we have Bright Cool Deep and Soft Cool Deep. If you can wear sharp bright intense colors well, then you will choose the bright cool and deep color palette. If very bright colors are too strong, then the soft cool and deep colors are perfect for you.
