3 Flattering Colors You Can Wear Right Now
If you are still trying to figure out your color palette... or perhaps you know your color type but you're not exactly sure where to begin with adding colors to your wardrobe... then this post will get you started!
In our color guides, I break down your color palette into different ways to wear your colors. I'm going to share with you some colors here that you can experiment with without having to know your color type just yet.
Flattering Color #1
Your Blushing Color
Your blushing color is your best pink. Not a super light pink but not a hot saturated pink either. This is a color that has feminine energy and expresses approachability, friendliness and romance. Wear this color on it's own or to lighten up the mood of a look. For example, a wrap in your blushing color with a dark navy or black dress. A blouse in your blushing color with a navy suit or blazer.

Flattering Color #2
Your Eye-poppin' Color
Your eye-poppin' color is a color that makes your eyes pop. For example, my eyes are a blend of light green and blue. When I wear blue, green, teal or mint, it enhances the color of my eyes. Your eye-poppin' color is very flattering on you. Take a look at your eyes and see all the colors. Wear a color that makes them look more green or more grey or more blue. Golden brown eyes... try wearing a golden yellow or mustard to bring out those golden tones.
If you have very dark eyes that seem to not have much variation in color, then this doesn't apply to you. There won't be a color that makes your eyes pop. However, wearing a bright color will give you the contrast you need and make YOU pop.
Flattering Color #3
Your Best Neutral
Your best neutral is a foundational color for you, that you can wear with any of your colors or on its own. You have many good neutrals to wear but there will be one that is your best. You can discover this neutral by matching the darkest tone you have in your hair, eyes or eyebrows. Choose a darker tone to give yourself some contrast and presence. For example, light golden brown is my darkest tone and is my best neutral. If you have black hair, choose white to give yourself contrast.

What are the names if the pinks?

Your Color Style replied:
Cool pink and warm pink. Nothing special here or a known color since color names vary. If you have your color fan, they will be the pink just lighter than the brightest pinks in your fan
