Color Analysis Case Study: Grey Hair, Cool Hazel Eyes

Jen does an online color analysis based on a photo to submitted to her. She has grey hair and cool hazel eyes. Her request is:

"Hi Jen

First of all let me say how sorry I am to hear about the loss of your daughter. I'm so glad you had some wonderful happy years with her and many beautiful memories, and that you've found something so positive to bring to people. Well, I've done your quiz, watched the grey hair video - and I'm still none the wiser! I can't even work out whether I'm bright or soft, let alone warm or cool, dark or light! I've got dark hair now grey - still very dark underneath at the back - grey/brown at the ends, which you can only see in the inside photo, which I think must just be the sun. Fairly freckly.

Murky hazel eyes which on closer inspection have amber round the pupil then sort of bluey green.
