Cool Summer vs Cool Winter. What you really need to know.

What really is the difference between cool summer and cool winter? In the 16 seasons, these are known as pure summer and tinted winter. It can be really frustrating if you fall into one of these categories because they are so similar. I get a lot of distressed emails or people trying to figure out which one they are. This drives me nuts because I hate seeing people stressing out over which season they belong in... especially when the difference between the 2 seasos is soooo small.
