If you submit a photo to me, you are granting me permission to use your photo in a video or blog post.

If you are submitting a photo, please make sure it is taken outside in natural light. Indoor photos with indoor lighting will not work. The photos should be headshots with you looking straight into the camera, preferably with a closed mouth smile. Avoid harsh sunlight and shadows. Overcast days or early mornings are best.

Please do not take your photo in bright sun, shade, indoors or inside your car.

If you must take your photo indoors, take it in front of a bright north facing window with your indoor lights OFF.

I can not guarantee that your question will be answered in any sort of timeframe. I personally read each and every email I receive, but I am not always able to personally respond to all of them.
