REFUNDS & SHIPPING

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Virginia, United States.

We Ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
If your order is received after 2pm EST on Monday, Wednesday or Friday, it will ship the next scheduled business day. For example, if you place an order at 2:15pm EST on a Monday, your order will ship Wednesday. If you place an order after 2pm EST on a Friday, your order will ship the next business day (Monday).

We Do Not Ship on Holidays
We are a small company and value work/life balance for our employees.

Domestic Shipping usually takes from 3 to 7 business days to receive your package based on the shipping method you choose and your location.

International and Overseas Shipping can take from 7 to 30 business days to receive your package. The duration is dependent on your location, country, shipping method and customs policies and the mail carrier.

Customs Fees (International Orders)

Depending on your order’s destination and fulfillment location, you might have to pay customs fees. The fees vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are displayed on the checkout page at the time of your order. Please keep in mind that we ship on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. The shipping date is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Shipping Methods

We package and ship your order within 2 business days of receiving payment. You choose your shipping carrier and method when you place your order. The carriers that we work with are, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and DHL Worldwide.

Guaranteed Delivery: No carriers guarantee a delivery date for standard shipments. Delivery dates are subject to change and in most cases, tracking will update to reflect the new estimated delivery date.

Lost Packages

IMPORTANT: Once your package is in the hands of the mail carrier, we do not have control over your package. If the package was delivered to the wrong address or is lost, this is unfortunately an issue with your local mail carrier. If your order tracking states that the package was delivered and you did not receive it, please check your mailbox, front step and surrounding area. Our items are small and the package may be in your mailbox. If it is lost, please contact the carrier associated with your tracking to see if the package can be located.

For domestic shipping, please contact customer support and we will file a claim and then reship your order with signature required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Why do you have a monthly payment option?

The monthly payment option allows you to access the program in a budget friendly way. It also takes the pressure off of a larger upfront investment.

Can I just take the course, for now, and decide to get certified later?

The course is self paced and you can complete your assignments within your schedule. Getting certified is up to you. You can choose to simply consume the course and not do the assignments. There is no discount for choosing not to get certified.

What materials do I need to complete this program?

You will need Adobe Photoshop (if you plan on learning online color analysis) and Google Drive. We will be using Photoshop to color adjust the photographs and to perform the virtual draping. We will be using Google Slides to create our client e-books. You will need a GMAIL account to access Google Drive and its tools.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

The monthly payment plan is not a subscription. It is a commitment to pay for the program over the course of 12 months.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the proprietary nature of the content, there is no refund available. If you are unsure of your level of commitment, please schedule an info call.

What if I have zero experience with color analysis or with business?

Every student that enters this program comes with a different level of experience. There are some that have zero experience with color analysis and business. Some that have existing businesses and are adding color analysis to their services. Some have limited to computer skills. No matter what your level of experience, you will be successful in this program.

How long does this program take to complete?

In a perfect world, with no disruptions, you can complete your assignments and become certified within a week. On average, our students take about 3 to 6 weeks to complete the program. Some have taken as long as a year. You have as long as you need. As long as you are actively enrolled in the program, you can take as long as you need to complete the program.

Do I still have to pay monthly once I'm certified?

Yes. Your monthly payment is a commitment to paying 12 payments of $197. Then you will pay a $500/annual fee. Your monthly fee gives you exclusive access to me, live monthly trainings, updates to digital materials, updates to processes, your 25% trade discount, the private group and the curriculum. If you paid for a full year upfront, you will pay an annual $500 fee at the end of your year.

Do you offer a payment plan?

You can pay monthly for a total of 12 months.

What is included with my enrollment fee?

Unlimited access to the online curriculum, the digital resources, access to the private Facebook group, monthly training calls, certification, ongoing mentorship and feedback, 25% trade discount on large color fans and drapes. If you pay for a full year upfront, the color analysis kit with your drapes and color fans are included.You will have access to the above for as long as you are active in the program.

Can I learn in-person color analysis?

Yes. Your Color Style is primarily an online color analysis methodology. However, we have several consultants that applied their training to in-person color analysis. We address in-person color analysis on a regular basis.What materials are provided to me?You will have access to the complete online curriculum, all 12 color guides, digital color palettes, recorded monthly live trainings, e-book templates and draping guide. You may order your color fans and drapes with your 25% trade discount.If you pay for a full year upfront, the color analysis kit with your drapes and color fans are included.

What other fees will I owe Your Color Style?

You will be prompted at the end of your year or enrollment to pay an annual $500 fee for continued access.

Will I receive a trade discount on Color Fans?

All program enrollees will be set up to receive a 25% trade discount on the large color fans. Do you teach me how to build a website and market my business?I do not teach you how to build a website, but I will share with you resources to help you get started. Upon request, I will offer web site reviews, online marketing suggestions, best business practices, how to handle client scenarios and more.
