Hi Jen! Love your content. I’m stuck between light and medium…I have strawberry blonde hair, light skin, light eyebrows, light lips. My eyes are blue/green, and I can’t quite figure out if they’re dark enough to tip me over into the medium category.
I’ve scoured color analysis content online and I never see my likeness. “Light” photos are always light blond hair and blue eyes, and the only representation of red-ish hair that i see tends to be either much brighter Orange or much deeper auburn than myself. (It makes me struggle not only with light vs medium, but also with chroma)

Hi Amelia
You are light. Your eyes would need to be closer to brown to fall into medium based on what you have described. You sound like BWL

I have green-blue veins with freckled skin that looks golden year round, although when I’m cold it gets a purple tinge to it.
I’m now 74 with grey-green eyes, purplish lips and natural mid-brown hair, which has about 30% grey.
Before my colouring faded, my eyes were blue-green. My hair colour was rich with dark auburn and gold tints when exposed to the sun. I was asked what colour I used!
When I had a professional makeup done, they used cappuccino foundation and dusky warm rose blush.
I wore dark gold, tomato, green, chocolate brown and warm blues.
Now I’m stuck. I still have a good amount of colour in my face and the gold of my
I now wear black, green, soft white, ivory, stone and mid-blue denim well.
Fuschia, eggplant, red and burnt orange look good, but I cannot wear pastels. Any pink, pale grey or pale blue looks horrible!
I’m struggling to create a new colour pallette that will look great with grey hair. My current mixed colouring is making it difficult to make good decisions about what clothing colours to buy now that will still look good on me in years to come.
I’m hoping you can help, so thank you in advance!

I’m still having trouble because I don’t know if my eyes are considered warm or light. They are dark blue. Most of the time I hear warm is associated with brown eyes. Mine are like dark navy blue.

Your Color Style replied:
Dark navy blue eyes are a cool color. And brown eyes are not necessarily warm. Many are neutral and some are cool browns.
I hope this helps
Jen
I’m not sure if I would be light or medium. I had very blonde hair growing up, but now it is more of a dirty blonde/light brown. My skin is pretty fair, with pink undertones. My eyes used to be blue, but now they’re a light greenish/grey.

I would choose lightSent from my iPhone
Hi Jen, I took the color analysis quiz and also purchased the 30 minutes to your best color class. I am still unsure as to my type because I cannot decide if I am warm or cool. I know I am deep. I have dark brown hair. I have olive green eyes. I consider myself fair or light complexion. My skin does not seem to have the pink colors that you show in the course and tends to look more like the golden examples. I look good in peachy, bronze, warm pink blush. I can never figure out the right lipstick color. I thought I was warm but yellows and olive greens do not flatter my skin tone. I tan easily but don’t really have an olive complexion.
I would love to figure it out so I can order my fan what colors. But I just don’t seem to fit examples.

It’s hard to say based on your description. For your clothes, do you look great in cool blue based pinks? Or do you look good in peach and apricot. Those are the colors to help you determine your undertones.
